How fast do you reply to a form submission?

Does Logwell hold its own customs license or work through third parties?

We have operated under our own customs license since 2022. That means we take legal responsibility for the clearance ourselves; we are not middlemen for an outside broker. Tax ID, license certificate and registrations are shared at contract signing.

Do you handle CTPAT and USMCA operations?

Yes. Our CTPAT certification is active and we run USMCA transits daily at the northern border (Nuevo Laredo, Colombia, Reynosa) and at seaports (Manzanillo, Veracruz, Altamira). For sensitive cargo we offer full traceability.

Can you quote before we sign a contract?

Yes. The preliminary quote is free. The most useful details to share: HTS code or cargo description, Incoterm, origin and destination, volume and deadlines. KAIRO, our AI assistant, can draft an initial quote in seconds before an executive fine-tunes it.

Do you handle hazardous, refrigerated or oversized cargo?

Yes, with active permits. IMDG/IATA for hazardous, controlled cold chain for perishables, and SCT permits for project cargo. These cases always go to an executive with specific experience in that field.
