Privacy Notice

Grupo Logístico Logwell, S.A. de C.V. (“Logwell”), domiciled in Zona Centro, Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP, Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) and its Regulations.

Logwell may collect the following categories of personal data, depending on the nature of its relationship with you:

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, ethnic origin, religious beliefs or biometric data). If it ever became necessary, we would first request your express written consent.

Your data is used for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the business relationship:

• Responding to quote requests and contact inquiries
• Providing the customs brokerage, freight, warehousing and transportation services you engage
• Complying with applicable legal and customs obligations
• Issuing invoices and tax receipts
• Following up on cross-border trade operations

With your express consent, we may also use your data to:

• Send updates on regulatory changes in cross-border trade
• Share rate updates and new services
• Invite you to industry events and webinars

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacidad@logwell.mx. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before your request.

Logwell does not sell or trade personal data. We share it with third parties only when strictly necessary to provide the service:

• Customs and tax authorities (SAT and ANAM, Mexico’s tax administration and customs agency) where required by law
• Carriers and freight agents engaged to execute the contracted logistics
• Technology providers under confidentiality agreements (hosting, email, CRM)
• Legal or accounting advisors for regulatory compliance

All transfers are made in accordance with Article 37 of the LFPDPPP or under contractual clauses that guarantee the same level of protection.

We implement technical, administrative and physical measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure:

• TLS encryption on all website communications
• Role-based access controls for internal personnel
• Confidentiality agreements with employees and vendors
• Periodic security reviews of information systems

In the event of a security breach that could affect your economic or moral rights, we will notify you within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice:

• Contractual data: at least 5 years, as required by Mexican tax law
• Records of cross-border trade operations: as required by the Ley Aduanera (Mexico’s Customs Law) in force
• Contact data (non-clients): until you request its deletion
• Website technical data: no more than 13 months from capture

Once the applicable period has elapsed, your data is blocked and then securely deleted from our systems.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data (the ARCO rights under Mexican law). To exercise any of these rights:

• Send your request to privacidad@logwell.mx
• Include your full name, a description of your request and a copy of a government-issued ID
• You will receive a response within 20 business days

Any substantial change to this notice will be announced on logwell.mx at least 10 calendar days in advance. Minor updates (contact details, corrections) take effect upon publication.

Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a modification, you may exercise your ARCO rights as described in the previous section.
