No preliminary communication (automatic acknowledgment, reference number, a KAIRO reply, follow-up email) constitutes contractual acceptance.

Logwell reserves the right to decline, defer or close requests at its reasonable commercial discretion, particularly when an operation falls outside its scope, carries regulatory or compliance risk, or when the information provided is insufficient or implausible.
